I'll tell passion for travel and for people, followed by happiness in what I do. I work with Club Med since 1992. I come from a computer environment and the interest I had in the projects that I led in the organization of the Club Med (such as creating the property management system that is installed in all, our creation of electronic payment stations for the station), the journey that my work required, club Med staff I had the chance to work with, and impressive culture of the company, led me from one success until I became Regional head of iT Asia Pacific, based in Singapore in 2001.
from there I created the Revenue management and the price department in 2006, and ran the service for Asia Pacific until 2013. this activity brought me closer to business with the management of our pricing strategy, leading the promotion and group / firm 'business .

At Club Med, the staff is called 'GOs or Gentiles Organizers (Friendly Organisers), customers are "GM" or Gentiles Members (Members welcome) and each station is known as a "village". Do you think that's what makes you unique and why families enjoy the experience Club Med?
Indeed, it is unique. GO and GM can share the same table for their meal if they wish. Each evening, the GO team is on stage for a show for our clients. It can be a circus, cabaret, dance, live song or a funny sketch. Once a week, the children of our guests perform on stage in front of their parents. After the show, GO and GM are either enjoying free movement bar or dance together.

more upscale, more comfort and elegance, more inclusive, more services and customization, more happiness is our strategy for the Club Med of tomorrow.
Greener is also an important factor for the future. Club Med will remain friendly and multicultural.
With your insight into the travel industry, what do you expect going into this industry in Indonesia? Is there the least visited areas today that will take over in the future?
Indonesia is a beautiful country with amazing and beautiful places, rich culture and the friendliness of the people is impressive. The travel industry will certainly flourish in the coming years. The number of Indonesian travelers increases, as the number of foreigners visiting the country. The country has so many unexplored treasures that the future of the travel industry is definitely promising.
